每次我看到有人在破坏花草、折断树枝，我就会很心痛。因为我知道花草树木不仅可以观赏，还有好多重要的作用。
花草树木是一个“天然制氧厂”，人们无时无刻都在吸进氧气，呼出二氧化碳，而绿色的叶子则吸收二氧化碳，放出氧气。据统计，每15亩树林，一天可以吸收一吨二氧化碳，释放出七百多公斤的氧气，空气清新了，人们的头脑就更清醒了。
花草树木是一个“空气过滤器”，树木上的气孔、绒毛和分泌的黏液都可以吸住大量的灰尘。据统计，一亩树林一年能吸收六十吨灰尘，可以起到净化空气的作用。有的树林还可以“灭菌”，像桉树、白桦树和松树等，能分泌出一些能杀死病菌的挥发性物质，甚至还可以吸收有毒气体。
花草树木是一只“消声器”，它们能阻隔噪音、吸收噪音，它们就像一张张吸音帷幕，消除噪音危害，还人们一个能缓解紧张神经的好环境。
花草树木还是一台冬暖夏凉的“空调”，夏天，它们能遮住炙热的阳光，吸收大量热能；冬天，它们又能挡住阵阵寒风，给人们带去温暖，还可以利用自身给人们提供饮食、纺织品、燃料和建筑材料。
由于社会的不断发展，很多花草树木被破坏，已经对人们的生活造成了非常恶劣的影响；只有我们每一个人都行动起来，用心保护花草树木，它们才会好好回报我们人类，让我们一起保护花草树木吧！

从前，我们的森林郁郁葱葱非常的茂盛。可是，因为这几年来不知怎么家家都有一把锋利的斧头，上山来砍伐树木不知多久山上的树木都没有了。所以我们的森林被那些有斧头的人给砍光了，我们的森林没有以前那么茂盛，没有以前那么干净了，所以那些人们把沙尘暴给引来了。所以我们要“伙伴们，小朋友来观看我们了，我们得好好地表现自己！”我太高兴了！忍不住跑过去摘了一朵，闻一闻，啊！真香呀！妈妈看见了，连忙走过来说：“别摘花，爱护花草。”“为什么？”我问道，妈妈笑着说：“好孩子，你摘了花，花儿会生气的.。”我挠挠头说：“我错了。”妈妈抚摸着我的头，和蔼地说：“没关系，改正了就是好孩子。”我惭愧地放下了手中的花。
花儿给公园增添了美丽，可我破坏了环境，这是不对的，今后我要改掉爱摘花的坏毛病，一定要爱护花草。

那天，我看见一个伐木工人手拿一把锋利的斧头，正在旁边玩的小动物们都给吓跑了，有的动物还在不停地叫咸着，它们似乎是无家可归了。而伐木工人却顾不得这些，他们都用力的向无辜的树木砍去。有一棵梧桐树好像很难过，哭着说：“不要砍我，求求你们啦!”树木们都很伤心，有一个小花狗看见了，“汪汪”地叫着，好像在说：“这些人多么怨恨啊，我们也不不相信人类了，以后没有地方玩了，也没有地方乘凉了。”周围的花草树木们都异口同声的说：“对啊，对啊，伐木工人们，让我们好好地生活，好吗?”
正在这个时候，有一个人来了，好像是村长，他说：“不能乱砍伐树木，树可以保护村民，它们能为我们遮风挡雨啊，没有被允许，你们是不能乱砍的啊!”伐木人说：“哼!我们只为了赚钱，怎么啦?”村长说：“你不停下来，我就叫警察了，国家没有下指令，你们这样不停地砍伐树木是违法的，而且小动物们以且怎么生活呢?”那几个伐木工人听了村长的话，好像明白了什么，想了一会，都低头说：“对呀，我们不能乱找树木去砍，村子附近的树木不应当砍，对不起，我保证以后不乱砍了。”
听到伐木工人知错的话，小动物们又悄悄地跳了出来，大家都欢呼起来说：“好耶，我们可以重返家园了，谢谢村长，谢谢伐木工人!”

有这样一幅漫画：一个伐木工作者悠然自得的走进森林，挥起那削铁如泥的斧子，砍倒了那屹立在林海里的坚挺的大树……一只只鸟儿流离失所，飞离这个曾经温暖的家时忍不住眷恋的回望一眼。一只啄木鸟再也忍无可忍，狠狠地啄起伐木者的头，并愤怒地发出一声鸟鸣：“这段木头里一定有虫……”
这幅漫画其实想告诉我们：保护树木=保护生命
在地球这个生命的摇篮里，森林就像一张软垫孕育了我们的生命。因此，我们不妨说它是一所进化学校。人类就是从这个学校走出来的优等生。可是，面对我们的母校，许多人仍肆意妄为，破坏森林资源。
在保护森林的呼声日益升高之时，地球的森林竟仍以每年1700万公顷的速度减少。目前，人们纷纷意识到绿化面积对一个发达国家有多重要。英国人均42平方厘米，法国为23平方厘米，美国为30平方厘米，可是，我们伟大的祖国却人均只有1。1平方厘米。这对于一个发达国家的发展来说早已不言而喻。

有许多树木是清除空气污染的高手。它们把大量的有害气体，如二氧化硫，氯气等吸收掉，而且还能杀死空气中的有害细菌，是忠于职守的环境卫士。
它还有防止水土流失的本领，在雨季的时候将雨水储存起来避免洪水的出现。在雨水稀少的季节维持河水的正常流量，使河流不至于很快干涸。
花草树木对于人类和动植物都非常重要，如果没有它们，人类就不可能幸福的生活在地球上，所以，我们要保护环境，保护花草树木。
今天中午进操场时，有些高年级的同学把操场上花盆中的花瓣摘下来，喝里面甜甜的汁。我仿佛听见花儿垂着头说：“唉，我漂亮的红色卷发都被人摘掉了，怎么见朋友们呀！”

我和我的好朋友晨晨在楼下玩，一小会，从其他地方来了几个小男孩，爬到门前的树上，把开的小粉花都折断了。我赶紧跑加叫奶奶，奶奶出来问他们。这花开的这么漂亮。你们想干嘛！还没问完。那几个小男孩就跑了，又没多久又跑几个。他们有开始搞破坏。正好走出一位叔叔。就大声喊，你们是那个小学的，别动。我给你们照张相，发到你们学校。他们几个撒腿就跑。大约过了一个小时，又跑来几个。又要折花。奶奶这次真生气了。把她们赶走了，从家里找到绳子和小木棍。把小树保护起来了。我和晨晨笑着说，这下小花树安全了。

小明和乐乐看到了这一幕说：“我们来清理吧！”小明说：“好”。他们找了几样东西就开始干活了，一个、二个……他们马上就把陆地上和小河里面的东西都清理完了。现在小河里又变回原来清清的样子，小河里那股黑色的东西已经不见了，小鱼、青蛙也快乐的笑起来。小鱼摆着尾巴游的多高兴、小青蛙跳上岸开始赛歌：咕呱、咕呱。小明和乐乐看着小鱼和青蛙那高兴的样子，情不自禁的唱起歌来，他们一起唱着歌回家了。
